Overview
HerHealth Care is a breast health awareness, emotional support, and self-care tool. You do not need to create an account, register, or sign in to use the app.
Information in the app
Journal entries, self-check records, chat content, and other information you enter in the app are not sent to or stored on the developer’s servers.
HerHealth Care contains no advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use third-party analytics SDKs.
Support communications
If you choose to contact support by email, we process the email address you use, the content of your message, and any attachments you provide. Email is handled through Outlook/Microsoft email services and is subject to Microsoft’s own privacy practices.
Support information is used only to reply to you, troubleshoot technical issues, and review or act on your feedback. We do not sell your personal information.
You may request deletion of your support emails by contacting celinesong2026@outlook.com. Please write from the same email address you used to contact support so we can identify the relevant correspondence.
Children’s privacy
HerHealth Care is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can delete it.
Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect support communications in our control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not include sensitive medical information in support emails.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to HerHealth Care or applicable privacy practices. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.
